I have Mcaffe anti virus but there is nothing on their forums about how to remove it.

Sad to hear that there is a virus in your system. as you said…mcafee doesn’t provide any removal instructions for this virus.

Try and boot your machine into Safe Mode with Networking. It depends on the machine, but usually if you will start the machine and start pressing the F8 key the PC will question you what mode you want to choose – you want Safe Mode with Networking.
Once in Safe Mode, open IE and got to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ kick off a full scan of your system. It will allow you to pick and choose what you want to clean.

W32/IRCBot.gen.s is not really a virus but spyware – treat it as spyware run your antispyware programs.
Apparently the tool “McAfee stinger” can get rid of it.
